Earthlings- a slower paced sensory group suitable from birth.
Come and explore the world through your senses- celebrate slowing down and noticing the little things. This is an indoor session allowing participants the chance to hear, touch, smell, see and taste their way around the world.
Sessions will run from 1-2.

The Uist Selkies meet at different locations and times throughout the year… yes even in the depths of winter.
Sundays are a tradition though and the group will meet up, usually changing location week to week.
Park Run (Machair Run)

You might have heard of the park run craze across the UK. In Uist Park run takes place on Sunday at 12:30. Starting from the bus stop at Lionacliet, the route takes in the beach and machair- beautiful on a good day and a challenge on a not so good day.
