A Team Leader (Maintenance) is required to be the main point of contact between the Property Management Section and the Property Maintenance Delivery Section for the delivery of building related maintenance and minor improvement works. To input to the scoping and specification of maintenance and minor works, and delivering through to completion. This will include the effective management of physical and material resources in terms of efficiency, productivity and in all cases within safe systems of work.

Social Care Worker

The post holder will be responsible for the supervision of the cleaning staff and carrying out cleaning duties at Sgoil Uibhist a Tuath. Duties as a supervisor will include responsibility for monitoring cleaning areas prior to, during and after daily cleaning in order to ensure standards of cleanliness are in keeping with Contract requirements; arranging training for new or temporary employees, monitoring timekeeping of cleaners. Duties as a cleaner will include undertaking, as part of a team, the cleaning of designated areas within the school to ensure they are kept in a clean and hygienic condition.
